jobspottr was founded in Germany after Founder Pascal spent two years travelling in Australia working in temp agencies. During his travels he saw firsthand the serious challenges employees finding the right jobs, and employers finding the fight people and Jobspottr was born. He found his two co-founders Markus and Sebi after returning to Germany from Australia.

Technology

A mobile application for iOS and Android where employers post their vacancies and receive a selection of pre-screened and vetted employee options. While their intelligent technology cares about the selection in the backend, the employers can focus on the most important – happy patrons and good business.

Potential markets

Their initial market are hotels and pubs in Adelaide. After doing enough research and serving this subsegment, they’ll expand to other venues in the hospitality industry as well as other verticals such as farming, construction and retail as well as other cities.

Partnering opportunities

Hotel groups and individually owned hotels and pubs who either waste a lot of time shifting through a large number of applications or struggling to find the right talent at all.
