Industry’s enduring demand for growth and improvement means the need for diverse project management services is increasing. Critiqal Path Group (CGP) was created to service this growing demand whilst improving the social health of South Australia and supporting a healthier state for community and industry.

The company offers fit for purpose project solutions, ensuring customers benefit from economical, high standard services.

Uniquely, CPG is a social enterprise employing people from diverse areas of the community, many having experienced disadvantage. This enables specialist advice and lived experience to inform good design and delivery.

Due to the diverse nature of CPG’s value proposition, there are many potential markets for operations. Initially the company are focused on council, state and federal government projects and roles. CPG services are very economical, meaning customers benefit from diverse experience whilst maintaining cost efficiencies. This suits government sectors that are seeking value-for-money services.

Meaningful partnerships are vital for CPG. The company are seeking ongoing contracts with industry bodies to provide project labour hire for set periods, ideally 12 to 24 months. Through a steady pipeline of work, CPG can support and train employees with certainty.
