invoice

Every business receives invoices. Every business has someone who takes the data from an invoice and puts it into their accounting system. But not with Link4. We deliver the invoice information exactly where it needs to go – without the need for email, PDFs or scanning. Link4 is a translator between cloud accounting systems allowing them to talk together in real time, making the process more efficient, accurate and reliable.

Thousands of businesses in Australia and New Zealand currently use Link4 to automate their invoice process. Independent research revealed one Link4 customer had a 50% improvement in on-time payments of invoices they sent.

E-invoicing is being adopted by many countries around the world and Link4 is focused on providing a solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

  • More accurate, reliable and efficient than current invoice processing options
  • Reduces costs to send an invoice by up to 30%
  • Cuts receiving costs by as much as 80%
  • Strengthens trading relationships between suppliers and customers.

A business continues to use their current cloud accounting system. Link4 works seamlessly in the background to extract, translate and deliver invoice information though available APIs. Link4 is currently available for instant connection for users of Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB AccountRight Live, MYOB Essentials, Reckon One, Sage Business, Saasu and simPRO. But also enterprise systems like SAP, Netsuite, JDE, Attache, Dynamics and more are available to be connected.

Link4 provides a simple solution to small business owners who are using cloud accounting solutions. As a Freemium service, Link4 can be used with no obligation by any SME. Large enterprises can easily have e-Invoicing access to their long tail via Link4.

Currently available in Australia and New Zealand, Link4 is expanding through Asia in 2019 and globally in 2020.

Whilst focused on supporting SMEs, Link4 are also seeking to work with any organization that transacts invoices in significant volumes to other businesses.
