Lumina Vista

Lumina Vista career counselling and mentorship services was founded in Australia by Shivendra Singh in January 2024. Singh started his career journey in Australia as an international student and faced numerous challenges, which served as a catalyst to establish career counselling and mentorship services under the banner of Lumina Vista.

Recognising the unique challenges faced by international students and recent graduates, Lumina Vista seeks to provide individuals with valuable guidance and resources to ease their transition into Australian academic and professional life. The company’s goal is to bridge the divide between academic achievement and the practical skills demanded by today’s job market. Lumina Vista aspire to empower graduates by providing the essential tools and resources to navigate their job search effectively, thereby initiating their professional careers with confidence.

  • Supporting students to study, live, and work in Australia by boosting academic and career success.
  • Comprehensive career counselling to support students and graduates at every stage of their career journey.
  • A job-ready program helping graduates learn practical skills to kickstart their careers.
  • Mentorship programs for holistic personal and professional growth.

Unlike traditional career services, Lumina Vista offers a comprehensive solution that combines practical skill development with personalised guidance and support. By focusing on bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world skills, the service equips recent graduates and international students with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

The counselling process is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, starting from the time they first consider their studies or migration to Australia. Lumina Vista provides guidance and support every step of the way, acting as a beacon to steer individuals in the right direction. The company’s goal is to empower individuals to make informed decisions and navigate their journey with confidence.

Two key markets Lumina Vista will target are international students and recent graduates transitioning into academic or professional life in Australia. Through tailored support, Lumina Vista can help international students acclimatise to a new educational system, culture, and environment so they can thrive. Lumina Vista can also help recent graduates bridge the gap between academia and professional work in Australia. Secondary target markets include organisations seeking skilled talent, universities and education providers delivering student career services, prospective students in India considering study in Australia, and international professionals looking to relocate and integrate into the Australian workforce.

The company are particularly interested in partnering with educational institutions, both in Australia and internationally, to enhance their career services offerings and support students’ transition into the Australian workforce. Lumina Vista are also looking to collaborate with organisations across industries, especially those in the IT sector, to connect them with skilled graduates and provide tailored training programs. Furthermore, the company are open to partnerships with immigration agencies and relocation services to assist working professionals seeking to settle and work in Australia.
