Provider 360

Founded in 2021 by professionals with experience in support work and compliance, Provider 360 initially operated as a consultancy firm. Recognising the demand for streamlined solutions in the NDIS and aged care sectors, it transitioned to a digital platform in 2024, re-branding from Centric Consultants to Provider 360. In pursuit of innovation and scalability, the founders joined the ICC’s Global Pathways Program.

Provider 360 provides a wide range of NDIS and aged care registration solutions, including compliance documentation, audit preparation resources, training materials, ongoing compliance alerts, and a comprehensive stakeholder directory to drive business growth. This strategic shift highlights the company’s commitment to addressing industry challenges with accessible and efficient solutions.

  • Enabling secure NDIS and aged care registration or renewal quickly and efficiently.
  • Access up-to-date, tailored policy and procedure templates.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with timely regulatory updates and guidance.
  • Connect effectively with essential stakeholders for seamless operations.

Unlike traditional solutions for the NDIS and aged care sectors, which often require fragmented tools for registration, compliance, operations and stakeholder engagement, the Provider 360 platform integrates all these functionalities into a cohesive, user-friendly interface. This integration streamlines processes, saving time and resources while enhancing operational efficiency.

What sets Provider 360 apart is the platform’s ability to centralise and simplify essential processes, enabling providers to seamlessly navigate regulatory requirements, enhance stakeholder engagement and grow their businesses. This approach not only optimises workflow efficiencies but also positions the solution as indispensable in today’s digital and compliance-driven healthcare environment.

Provider 360 aim to target NDIS and aged care services, leveraging the specialised digital platform to cater to the specific needs of providers in these sectors. Looking ahead, there’s potential to expand into international markets. The company’s scalable solutions are adaptable to various regulatory frameworks, enabling support for healthcare providers globally with tailored tools that optimise compliance and enhance operational excellence.

The company are actively seeking partnerships with business owners operating membership-model businesses to deepen understanding of this approach. Additionally, Provider 360 are eager to collaborate with entrepreneurs who have successfully integrated AI into their solutions. The company’s goal is to enhance the platform with cutting-edge AI-driven features that optimise operations and deliver greater value to clients.
