While we are business as usual at the ICC there is still a buzz around the exciting next chapter that is the creation of Adelaide University.
As we get closer to the operational running of the new university, 1 January 2026, you may begin to notice more references to the new institution though please know that the day-to-day function throughout this year will remain unchanged and we will keep you updated with any information that could affect our wider ICC community. If you do have any questions feel free to reach out to the ICC team and we will answer as best we can.
Don't forget if you have some news to share, send it through to us so that we can join in and share your team's success.
Earlier this month HEX20 succeeded in having their first satellite in space with the launch of ‘Nila’, India’s first private satellite for hosting payloads, aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-13.
Along with this, HEX20 has also announced they have secured authorization from IN-SPACe to provide Ground Segment as a Service (GSaaS), enabling seamless satellite connectivity and support solutions from our own ground station for our Cubesats!
A huge congratulations to Lloyd and the team!
A huge congratulations to Venture Catalyst Space alum Robinson Aerospace Systems who have announced they are working with Fleet Space Technologies to introduce LaunchBox, a national STEM initiative combining interactive courses and real-world experience designed for Year 7 and 8 students nationwide.
Following this announcement Edward Robinson, CEO and founder of Robinson Aerospace Systems had an incredible couple of days at the Avalon Australian International Airshow, where he was honoured to receive the Best Presenter and the Young Innovator Award at the AMDA Foundation Limited Innovation Pitchfest!
At the ICC, International Women’s Day was a day to acknowledge and celebrate incredible female founders. We sat down with Margeaux Bartholomew-Carle, Founder and CEO of Ardant, and Jordana Blackman, CEO of OmnigeniQ Pty Ltd, to find out what IWD means to them.
Venture Catalyst Space alum, OmnigeniQ has launched their new website, and it looks shmick! 🌟 Well done to Jordana Blackman, Tiff, and the team.
