Have you taken the leap and started a company only to realise there is a mountain of information you don’t know?

When you are a founder leading a startup company, you don’t know what you don’t know and it’s easy to go completely down the wrong path, waste a lot of money and get nowhere without the advice of our experts who have successfully done it multiple times.

Take the course that will provide you with the essentials of starting a startup in seven days. This program will take you logically through the steps of business opportunity validation through to go to market strategies, understanding yourself, resilience and leadership skills, negotiation and communication strategies, bootstrapping, capital raising, financial forecasting and presenting to several audiences

The program is co-delivered by the Innovation & Collaboration Centre, UniSA’s startup incubator and UniSA Business: Executive Education.

To financially support your personal development through the Startup Essentials course; we encourage founders to apply for the FIXE Scholarship Program. The program offers scholarships of $1,000 - $5,000 to South Australian businesses to enable founders and key team members to participate in professional development and training programs of their choice in key areas of leadership, management, innovation and resilience.
